I thought Spring was here. Well, winter is back with a vengeance! We only have about 3-4 inches down here but I think New York, Connecticut and Boston got a lot more. They have closed all the schools so children (and adults!) all over the North-East will be very happy to have a snow day.
The new head of the Environmental Protection Agency is a climate change denier ("it's nothing to do with carbon dioxide or human activity") so he will be encouraged by the snow. It absolutely proves that Washington D.C. is not getting any warmer these days!
