Ever since I arrived about 2 weeks ago, we seem to have been on a constant round of book launches, dinners, restaurant openings, CHOP celebrations, a fashion show etc., etc., etc.

And there was one book launch for which I do not have a photo--CENTRAL by world famous
Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martinez. It is an extraordinary cookbook except the ingredients can only be found in remote parts of the Andres, Amazon and elsewhere in Peru. But you will sit for hours just looking at the extraordinary concoctions which he has created from individual ecosystems. Have a look at:
