A Day in Annapolis

I wanted to see the sea on my 70th birthday.  So, we headed off for Annapolis where there was a nice, cool breeze and lots of sunshine.  Perfick.

Main Street, Annapolis, with Chesapeake Bay in the distance

We were going to have crabs but found a great little
Lobster Roll place for half the price

The lobster comes from Maine and the lobster rolls tasted just as good as they looked in this ad.

Prepared before your very eyes

Chunky, tender, buttery lobster--can it get any better?

Root beer as well

And the natives were friendly!

 The Capitol

A lot of the old houses had these beautiful  flower baskets

Regee is leaning out these days!

The crabs were just too beautiful to eat...

...and the (artwork) yachts were too expensive to buy!
