MY GUIDING PHILOSOPHY: EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED, MAINTAIN SOME SORT OF BALANCE,
PUSH HARD AGAINST ADVERSE WINDS, AND DON'T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY.

Legoland Discovery Center

We went to Legoland on Friday. It is in an old industrial zone that is being re-developed--lots of shops, restaurants and a cinema right down on the Mystic River in Somerville, MA.

Even the giraffe was made of Lego blocks

VeeVee and Max had a great time because there was so much to see and do--amazing Lego constructions (see giraffe above), rides, huge piles of Lego blocks for building, movies and whole rooms made out of Lego blocks.  The big people had fun too!  We then had lunch at Papagayo's Restaurant overlooking the river.  Have a look at the photos below.

Don't know who is more excited!

Does this guy have a ticket?

Where did I put that red block?
