Rebecca (my niece in England) and hubby Steve have just welcomed Finlay Michael Peter into their lives. He was born on Monday, March 5 at 5:59pm (GMT) and weighed in at 7lbs 13 ozs. He had "no comment" for the waiting newshounds and slept through his first press conference.

Finlay will join the Newport-Simmonds family (above) and will live near Chelmsford in Essex. Welcome, Finlay, and keep sleeping through the night! Please keep sending us pictures.
